The rings are nice. Only been wearing them for a few days. So far, no damage and no finger could changes. I haven't noticed any changes in sleep / anxiety etc. But might just be early days. I would say the adjustability is a bit tricky. For larger fingers can be a tight fit

I actually think it’s working for my migraines. The first few days I saw no change but gradually I don’t get them as much or severe. I really like the black as it goes with everything. I haven’t noticed any scratches yet and I wear it all day. For reference I have the Oura ring and it’s scratched up so it must hold up!

Since wearing the Snorno ring, I feel like I’ve been able to keep more centered. The color is an attractive gold and the design of the band is plain yet pleasant. I do have to mention that I do not like the adjustable portion of the ring and would much prefer to be able to order a solid ring in my size. This would make the ring more sturdy as well. The size is up for debate with the adjustable band and won’t suit everyone’s liking. I haven’t had any issues with tarnish in the couple weeks I’ve been wearing the ring, so I suppose it’s tarnish resistant.

The Snorno magnetic wellness ring took a couple of weeks to ship to me. It arrived in a nice box with a card to scan an app. However, it did not really have instructions. The app requires you to pay after a 7-day free trial, which was frustrating to learn. The ring was not easy to adjust, which was partly understandable since it's metal. I had to use force to make it smaller to fit my finger. I have worn it four days. I haven't noticed any difference so far, but I will continue to wear it for a few weeks and update if I notice any changes. It feels and looks nice when wearing it, and it is comfortable.

The Snorno Magnetic Wellness Ring is light and very comfortable to wear. I haven’t noticed any effects yet, and I’m not a big fan of the black color—it looks a bit different in person than expected.

I’ve been wearing the Snorno Magnetic Wellness Ring for a few days and really like the sleek 18K gold-plated design, it’s lightweight, adjustable, and comfortable enough for all-day wear. I never thought that these would work but I got a concussion and was left with severe migraines. Nothing worked. I bought these rings and put one on and have not had a migraine after years of suffering. I do get small headaches that a regular ibuprofen takes care of but no migraines. I still cannot belive they work. I never take mine off and after some time the magnets will fall out, so I just put on a new one. They are great.

Love this ring~ it looks expensive and feels good on your finger. It’s new, but I do think it’s helping with hot flashes. I liked the gold so much, I bought the silver too.

Okay I don't wear magnets for health reasons but for "safety". I don't like to be shocked from metals and other people due to static buildup. So I wear magnets to repell charges like a poorly Computer Generated Darth Vader force lighting form ferrous medals or force magnetic stability in people on contact. And now I don't get shocked in cool or cold temperatures and look good doing it. And for those that are prone to receiving static shocks in cool and/or cool weather should look into magnetic tappers to ward off the zaps. And it a great gift for those that have that issue.

It has a nice weight to it and is very solid. It can be adjusted with a little bit of effort. It fits like a size 8 on my middle finger. The magnets are nicely secured into place and not loose. The benefit of the magnets does bring about a Snornong relaxing state which I appreciate. It’s working for me.
